A painting should evoke emotion. Few paintings of mine have brought such strong emotion as this “Lanterns Glow,” and my “Lit Path.” Both of these works have depicted a strong contrast of the light and dark, and how the two work so well together. I hope any of my paintings or drawings make you feel some emotion. This, is what creating beauty is all about.
